The printing community came out in force on Saturday night to celebrate the Printing Industries Craftsmanship Awards in style. a highlight in the annual calendar.
Its a chance for the industry to come together, celebrate the exceptional work that is produced, and share our experiences and ideas with colleagues and peers.
Thirteen companies were recognised with medals across the 30 different print and design categories, with Quality Press topping the list of winners with 8 gold medals and numerous silver and bronze medals. The coveted Judges Award was also won by Quality Press for our offset-printed book, Perth Zoo Saving Wildlife.
Quality Press came first place in leaflets/folded leaflets (offset), booklets/catalogues/magazines (offset over 48pp text), book printing (offset, case bound), book printing (offset, bound, square back finish), book printing (digital, wiro), direct mail, and large format for both indoor and outdoor use.
Our success on the night is testament to the skill and commitment our entire team contributes on a daily basis. With 16 different nationalities spread through our 60 team members, there is a tremendous amount of pride when the hard work achieves the customer’s expectations. Winning an award along the way is the icing on the cake.
Amongst stiff competition, the long-term industry contribution of Quality Press’s Managing Director, Atish Shah, was recognised with the Media Super Industry Contribution Award.
