Quality Press utilises advanced digital printing technology, when producing business cards, certificates, flyers, posters, newsletters, postcards, annual reports, stickers, menus, raffle tickets, brochures and training manuals. In fact, just about anything can be printed on our digital machines and with superb quality and colour.

One of the cool things with our digital printing, is the ability to change the information from copy to copy, also known as variable data printing. You might have a conference or event, that needs personalised name cards or lanyards for attendees; we can do this. What about certificates with a recipient’s name and a personalised reason for the award; we do this too.  Maybe you need to send off a personalised invitation, letter or brochure, inserted into a personalised envelope and mailed; you guessed it, we do that too.

Now what about using some white ink, to add some colour punch on those dark card stocks, that other people may have trouble printing onto. Our white, metallic silver and PANTONE matching capabilities makes new design options possible.

HP Indigo 7K

Quality Press has a history of embracing innovative technologies in the pursuit of greater quality, expanded service offerings, and meeting the needs of our diverse customer base.

Allow us to introduce you to the newest addition to the Quality Press family, The HP Indigo 7K Digital Press.

This is a powerful piece of technology, that rivals offset printing. It boasts the ability to print PMS spot colours, including white and metallic inks, that were previously only available on offset presses, but with all the advantages of digital technology, such as personalised printing and speed.

When we combine the silver metallic ink with CMYK, the full spectrum of metallic colours becomes a digital reality, a great alternative to expensive foil stamping.

Up to 20 specialty inks are available to be configured into our Indigo 7k, including invisible yellow, scratch off inks, fluorescents and pantone matching for corporate style guides.

The new Indigo 7k has enormous versatility with paper grades and thicknesses, printing up to 550 microns, and is ideal for short run packaging or synthetic products.

And how about 2438 x 2438 dpi HDI (High Definition Imaging), to really show the detail in your printed piece.

RICOH Pro C9110

The RICOH Pro C9110 delivers great fexibility, superb print quality, high productivity and faster turnarounds. Providing variable data personalisation and a wide range of paper thicknesses, with the ability to print both sides of the sheet at a consistent speed. The big advantage of this machine is being able to print sheets of paper 700mm long; perfect for landscape A4 work or those 6pp A4 brochures, that have in the past, been costly to produce as offset jobs.

Our RICOH Pro C9110 also has an inline Booklet Maker with a 3-knife trimmer, ideal for those quick turnaround saddle stitched orders.

RICOH Pro C7110

The RICOH Pro C7100  offers the ability to print beyond the traditional CMYK colours, with the option of a 5th unit to provide a clear gloss or white toner to the printed piece.

It has all the trademarks of the RICOH technology, with easy setups, fast speed, wide range of paper weights and personalised variable data.
