Every custom packaging project starts with a conversation. We work with you to understand your product dimensions, branding requirements, structural specs, and any intellectual property specifications that affect design. We work within your budget and timeline.
Our in-house designers use software to develop and visualise your custom packaging within our print infrastructure so what you see in the mockup is exactly what we can produce. We can work from your existing CAD files or develop structural designs from scratch.
Before a full print run, we produce a physical prototype – a critical step for IP-protected designs or packaging with a functional role (carrying weight, food safety, or shelf fitting). The prototype confirms structural integrity, print registration, and colour accuracy before committing to production volumes.
Our pre-press team checks bleed, cut lines, fold lines, and file specs and converts artwork to CMYK where required. We flag any issues before print.
Printed using digital (short runs, prototypes) or commercial offset (high-volume). Finishing options include embossing, debossing, foil stamping, matte/gloss laminating, Spot UV varnish, and full-colour CMYK through to Pantone, metallic, and white ink.
Completed packaging is delivered to agreed project schedules. Our warehousing facility means we can also store and distribute finished packaging on your behalf.
