Form printing

Quality Press has a full scale continuous forms printing facility all under one roof. Housing a 5 colour and 2 colour continuous forms press with the jumbo 15 inch reels and the ability to print, collate, glue, variable data and cheque printing all in  line. High volume production of NCR Forms, Consignment Note Books (with barcode) or any Multi Part forms can be produced quickly with huge savings over conventional sheet fed printing. The ability to apply unique Modulus numbering with check digits offers greater  security on sensitive documents.

A4 and A3 sheets can be printed multi-coloured with cross or down perforations and UV dried in line for laser fast inks; This is exceptional advantage when used in high speed digital printers.

Latest technology

We have the latest technology in variable data printing, Kodak S5 versimac printhead, capable of personalising every sheet with barcodes, mailing addresses, names, numbering and individual messages.

At the QP production facility we are constantly improving our machinery to meet the high demands of the printing industry. Temperature and humidity controlled environment, helps keep the length of forms stable with almost zero movemment on the press. Stock stability in business form printing is very important to guarantee exact registration and controls the moisture content which guarantees smooth running of the forms on clients’ printers whilst reducing page curl.
