Quality Press, like every business throughout Australia, is continuing to adapt to the daily challenges and uncertainties that the COVID-19 virus presents.
We are an integral supply chain partner for hundreds of businesses both here in WA, and throughout Australia. In order to maintain supply of important printed communication collateral in this time of uncertainty, we have adopted 3 key objectives to guide us through the weeks and months ahead:
1. To protect and safeguard the health of our team members;
2. To protect our ability to operate our core business; and
3. To assist our customers to maintain their businesses.
We have 60 wonderful, hardworking people in the Quality Press team, and collectively, we have adopted all Federal Government requirements, with regards to increased hygiene standards, restrictions on face-to-face meetings, cancellation of group gatherings and travel, self-isolation and social distancing.
We remain open for business and taking orders. Having a diverse and skilled workforce, operating 6 days-a-week over two shifts, we have flexibility to cover staff leave periods and the contingency to lock down our shifts and operate in isolation of other team members if required. Most of our raw materials are sourced from local suppliers and all our manufacturing is undertaken onsite.
We are seeing 1st hand, the devastation of businesses closing and people losing employment. Many industries that we provided work to, have been decimated over the past few weeks with more pain to follow.
We produce a substantial volume of essential printed materials to the WA Health department, hospitals, emergency services, financial institutions, freight logistics companies and state and local Government departments. This is in addition to truckloads of printing we provide to small and medium businesses, that helps promote their own products and services, provides information and knowledge sharing, keeps their employees safe, and provides benefits back to the community. Essentially, we are here to help you and your business in these troubling times and beyond.
