Pre-press
Advanced technology with an efficient PDF workflow system delivers amazing results using computer to plate direct imaging. Now as a standard, all jobs use Sublima XM screening which has the capability to output up to 340 line screen. Sublima is a natural progression from front end pre-press technology to actual printing of crisp, clear renditions.
Printing
Our latest addition to the plant is a Komori Lithrone Printing Press. 720 x 1020mm sheet size, this press can print 10 colours on one side or up to 5 colours on both sides in one pass at 15,000 sheets per hour!
Its computerised print control system enables accurate monitoring of density, registration and quality throughout the entire run.
Finishing
Folding, stapling and print embellishments are all produced in-house with technologically advanced equipment. This includes the new in-line saddle-stitcher, large format folding machines and computerised guillotines which enhance our well-equipped finishing department.
This final process, plus our careful cross-checking procedure, delivers a total quality control of your job. We also provide storage and distribution facilities.
