Quality Press aims to ensure that all prices indicated on this site are correct at all times. If inaccurate information is displayed on our site at any time due to system errors we will endeavour to correct this at the earliest possible time and consequently we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and any concerns can be directed to our press or you can make an online query here.

ALL PRICES ON THIS SITE INCLUDE GST AND ARE IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD$)

It is important to realise that many companies deliberately exclude GST from their pricing as a means of presenting their products in a more competitive light. At Quality Press we believe it is more honest to declare the total price to our clients and for that reason all prices on this site include GST.

The prices on this site are final and not negotiable or open to offers.

Delivery

• Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in the order as the address for delivery unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the parties.
• Upon completion of printing Quality Press shall make the goods available in a manner suitable for collection and transportation by the customer or their designated carrier.
• Claims against Quality Press should be made in writing within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the goods. Claims by customers as to non-delivery should be made in writing within twenty-eight (28) days (or such other period as Quality Press may stipulate from time to time) after despatch of the goods.

Security

Peace of Mind

To maximise security and offer peace of mind for our online clients, it is our policy that all purchases are followed up both electronically and by telephone. All inquiries are responded to within 24 business hours and confirmations are sent immediately after all purchases.

Credit Card Security

To maximise security this website does not hold your credit card details, all transactions are through a secure payment gateway with your details going direct to the bank with industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption.

Returns Policy

Quality Press does not any accept returns. If there is any query regarding quality or quantity please ring our customer support on 1300 784 048.

Order Cancellation

• The suspension by the customer of any work, for any reason whatsoever, shall entitle Quality Press to payment in full for the portion of the work completed.
• Orders cannot be cancelled except upon terms, which will compensate Quality Press for all work done and materials used or specially procured, up to the date of cancellation.

Copyright & Indemnity

The customer warrants that no “copy” supplied under this contract shall constitute a breach of any legislation or copyright or involve the Quality Press in any liability of any kind for compensation, damages or otherwise towards any third party.

Without limiting this warranty, it is stipulated that Quality Press may at its absolute discretion refuse to set up, print or deliver any matter which in its opinion may expose Quality Press or any of its servants or agents to any action, claim, demand, or proceeding whatsoever  (whether civil or criminal), and an indemnity shall be given in the form required by Quality Press solicitors.

The customer hereby indemnifies Quality Press against all claims, suits, demands, and costs which may be made against Quality Press or incurred by Quality Press arising of out of any action taken against Quality Press pursuant to the publication or the printing carried out on behalf of the customer.
